Eligibility Criteria

- Maximum education gap of three years is allowed between 10th and the start of graduation.
- No gap is permitted during the graduation period.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold valid PIO/OCI status. Nepal and Bhutan nationals must provide valid citizenship documents.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive the following stipend during the program:
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
Additional Benefits
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 along with the first month’s stipend.
Candidates will also be required to sign a 60-month training agreement, with a service agreement amount of ₹75,000 applicable on a pro-rata basis if they leave the organization before completing the agreement period.
