Job Description

Gradiant India Private Limited is looking for a Junior Engineer – O&M (Operations and Maintenance) to support site-based operations of utility and water treatment systems. The selected candidates will assist in operating, maintaining, monitoring, and managing various water treatment and industrial utility systems.

The role is designed for candidates who want to develop technical expertise through structured training, practical exposure, and guidance from experienced professionals. The Junior Engineer will work on systems such as Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultrafiltration (UF), Ultraviolet systems (UV), Electrodeionization (EDI), Demineralization (DM), and Ultra Pure Water (UPW) systems.

The position involves supporting daily operations, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining records, assisting maintenance activities, and ensuring safe operation of plant systems. Operations

  • Assist in operating water and wastewater treatment systems.

  • Monitor pressure, flow, conductivity, pH, ORP, temperature, and level readings.
  • Perform routine equipment checks.
