Calix is hiring a Talent & Culture Operations Analyst (Graduate Trainee) to support the Talent Engagement and People Operations teams. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining HR processes, analyzing workforce data, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

The selected candidate will assist in preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining documentation, coordinating operational activities, and supporting AI-enabled solutions to improve HR processes.
