Job Description
Invesco is hiring candidates for the Infrastructure Stability team, which is responsible for ensuring business continuity and maintaining the stability of technology platforms. The selected candidates will work as part of the Technology Operations team and provide front-line support for applications and infrastructure components.
The role involves handling incidents, monitoring business-critical applications, performing batch processing checks, and supporting technology teams in maintaining operational efficiency. Candidates will gain exposure to multiple enterprise tools and technologies used across the organization.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience in application support or production support environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technology operations activities
- Perform business readiness checks for critical applications and batch jobs
- Monitor systems and take action on failures when required
- Provide Level 1 support for application-related incidents, tasks, and requests
- Perform Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring responsibilities
- Participate in transition activities from L2 support to L1 support
- Review documents and assist in operational transition processes
- Troubleshoot issues using knowledge articles and existing procedures
- Suggest improvements to existing operational processes
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and departmental discussions
- Support administrative tasks including compliance requests and timesheet activities
- Work closely with team leads for professional development and process improvements
